The unions of the athletes co -founded by Novak Djokovic began legal measures against tennis rulers and cited “terrible ignorance of fierce competition and athlete welfare.”

PTPA (Professional Tennis Players’ Association) has submitted a newspaper in New York’s US District Court to pursue a judging committee.

The lawsuit in page 163 by the BBC Sport says, “The pro -tennis player is trapped in a equipment game that provides limited control of his career and brand.”

It criticizes control of schedules, ranking systems and image rights.

This complaint is raised by PTPA and 12 players, including Vasek Pospisil and Nick Kyrgios, co -founders of DJOKOVIC. PTPA says that “on behalf of the entire player population.”

Founded in 2020, the PTPA tries to increase the power of the player and reduce the control of the governing agency.

ATP Tour, a male specialist, said, “strongly rejects the premise of PTPA’s claim.”

In the statement,,, external PTPA accused “consistently chosen division and dismissal through wrong information about progress,” and ATP said, “We are trying to make the best benefit of the game.”

The WTA, which runs a women’s tour, will also defend it, and in the statement, the legal action is “regret and misunderstood.”

I added. “The debate over this unfounded legal event will shift time, interest and resources, from our core mission to players and sports.”
