All are New Year.
Thank you for subscribing to this blog/ newsletter.
The goal of this publication is to push us towards circulation and sustainability when we participate in our daily lives.
When we start harm, I want to start another sustainability exploration by exploring agricultural processing.
What do you think when this catch word is mentioned?
Agricultural processing
Food processing, not new.
Our ancestors preserved meat and bubbles through smoking and salt technology.
Milk was converted to yogurt and preserved.
Vegetables have allowed a longer ruins to boil and steam.
But the term ‘processed food’ has a completely different meaning today.
Some of the foods we can see on the supermarket shelf are actually processed, so artificial additives such as sugar, salt, food pigments and perfumes may have been added to seduce consumers.
Unfortunately, agricultural products did not abandon the hook of super processed foods.
The old and safe way to preserve food such as smoking has been replaced by artificial chemicals such as sodium benzoate.
Other chemicals, such as sodium nitrite, are widely used to preserve meat, while immoral merchants are known to last for a long time using formalin.
For a long time, formalin (or formaldehyde) exposure is associated with cancer.
I will make it clear now.
The agricultural processing I want to talk about is separate from this chemical fruit that puts people’s health.
Instead, it is associated with using everyday fruits and vegetables to create value without waste.
So let’s jump into such a fruit.
avocado
Whether we mix it with thick smoothies, cut it, drink a microphone with your favorite stew, convert or enjoy that gorgeous avocado sauce. Avocado is a super food in many ways.
Avocado, which has less sugar fruits, is packaged with healthy fat, vitamins and minerals to improve health.
And one way to capture the value of the fruit is to eat it.
Another way is to extract this oil that makes eating very healthy.
But why do we bother to extract avocado oil when we can eat it?
Avocado oil
Interestingly, avocado oil is used in beauty sellers that make women’s hair beautifully.
But it is just the tip of the iceberg.
Studies show that avocado oil is one of the many cooking oils available.
In fact, it is simply a very high smoke point (270 ° C), so it is safe for us with olive oil to deep fry.
Avocado oil is also rich in good unsaturated fats and low obstacles, causing intestinal inflammation.
It is extracted by multinational companies using centrifugation methods.
However, the cold press method is best for preserving nutrients, making oil a very good market price.
This is done by drying the pulp in the shade for several days and then recovering the oil by pressing the oil pulp.
Then you can use pulp cakes to create or compost livestock feed.
But that’s not the end of the fruit story.
Seed
Avocado seeds are known to have considerable antioxidants.
These are minerals to help fight environmental poison around us.
Seeds can be mixed with herbs and then dried, powdered and packed with herbs.
Enjoying a cup of herb avocado seeds is one of the best ways to improve your health than Longhaul.
In addition to the car, avocado seeds are also converted into powder and can be used as exfoliation in soap production.
The exfoliation agent is a sand -sized particle added to the soap, which helps to remove dead skin during the bath, and avocado seeds with antioxidants characteristics can do this in relation to this.
Seeds can also be used to make natural red pigments.

The shell leaves us.
What can avoca do with shells?
In addition to compost, the shell is dried and crushed.
In addition, some avocado shells have a significant amount of oil, which can be extracted through hot or cold pressure.
as a result
In other words, we can choose avocado fruits and develop more than three products: oil, soap, pigment, tea, and compost.
This is what we talk about in the round agricultural ceremony.
Integrating the circle of AfroproCessing will help reduce or block waste, create new sources, and create employment.
This is the discussion we want to have for the next few weeks.
We started with avocado.
What other fruits and vegetables do we want to discuss?
Cheers.
