Some of my mother’s family is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Every time I visited there, I liked the taste of Cajun dishes. In particular, the Cajun seasoning blend offers a special kick for local Cajun food. I wanted to reproduce the recipes used at home, such as Cajun Chicken and red beans.
For many years, I bought CAJUN seasonings at groceries, but I realized that there were MSG, reflective agents and fillers (including gluten!). I have already ordered most of the hubs and spices in large quantities, so I started mixing my spice mix and stored in my small mason bottle of my cabinet. (There is another handmade spice blend recipe here.)

How to use Cajun seasonings
Cajun cuisine is famous for its bold and spicy taste. This dish is provided on the rice (a necessity in the south) several times, which helps to soften the flavor of Kajun. You can add the side of the rice or stack the vegetables to your meal or corn brain (when you eat grain)! I knew that this recipe was much better than the options purchased from the pre -produced store. There is no simple ingredient and the actual taste.
The following is a recipe to use CAJUN seasonings.
