Tom Brady, becoming a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, changed the landscape of the NFL. That’s how many fans were looking forward to pairing with Brady. Sheder Sanders Next season with the Raiders.
Those hopes were dashed after the Raiders defeated the Jaguars in Week 16. However, Raiders insider Vincent Bonsignore highlights the path Sanders could take to join the Raiders.
Shedeur Sanders could join Tom Brady’s Raiders next season despite win
For most of the season, the Raiders were near the top of the draft. However, after a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, they fell to sixth place. Next year’s top two quarterback prospects, Sanders and Cam Ward, appear to be out of reach.
But Bonsignore insists a lot could change in the final two weeks of the regular season. The Raiders face the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Chargers. Both tough games and losses can get you back on track.

Plus, the Tennessee Titans and Jaguars are scheduled to compete this Sunday, which will also help the Raiders’ cause (the Titans and Jaguars have three wins, as do the Raiders). If all else fails, Bonsignore argues that Brady and Co. could easily move up in the draft, too.
Unlike last year, teams like the New England Patriots and Jaguars are not hungry for a QB and are open to a trade. Is there a team in desperate need of a QB? New York Giants.
Brady’s influence on the Raiders’ decision-making
Mark Davis reiterated that Brady will not be involved in any requests made by the franchise regarding a coaching change in 2025. But NFL insider Albert Breer says things may not be that simple.
“Tom Brady’s influence on Mark Davis could be a wild card,” Breer wrote in his column. “I think Brady is so invested in broadcasting the NFC title game and the Super Bowl right now that he’s engaging in a coaching search.”
“But… I also think Davis will listen to his suggestions, so he may not need to be so involved to have an impact,” he added.
Davis previously hinted that Brady would be actively involved if the Raiders draft a QB.
