Reinvent yourself – Cleannovate

At one point I thought my lemon verbana vines were dying.

The leaves withered and the scent disappeared.

But when it started raining, something happened.

I found myself permeating with vitality.

In fact, it wasn’t just about the verbena vine.

I have noticed that other herbs and flowering plants have a green color…

Protrusions began to form on the stem, which later turned into flower buds and flowers bloomed.

Suddenly, these plants began to sprout life and things began to seek them out.

I tried to take a few lessons from this sudden explosion of life.

And I didn’t have to leave my bedroom.

soap making

I have always been an adventurous person.

I think that sense of adventure is what led me to crafting things in my backyard or bedroom.

Recently, I’ve been trying soap making.

When making soap, we use oil, but in my case, I use beef fat.

The first attempt was somewhat successful, but did not reach the level of commercialization.

In fact, at some point I created a soap that had all the properties we were looking for: scent, color, texture.

But the most important characteristic was that it did not foam.

We all know that good soap lathers well.

So it doesn’t matter how good the bar looks or smells.

If it doesn’t foam, it’s not worth the salt.

To remedy the situation, I’m trying to mix in some coconut oil while keeping the other ingredients.

I hope the new oil balance works.

But this whole episode got me thinking about the things we try unsuccessfully and give up too quickly.

Rediscover yourself

Maybe you’re bored with the way you do things or even the way you spend your day.

Why not make a move or two?

Change your wardrobe…

Find a unique hairstyle…

Please get me some glasses…

Learn a new skill…

Learn a new language…

Step out of your comfort zone…

You see, as a scientist, I’m here to learn something.

Experiments are not conducted to succeed.

These are learning points that we can use to learn lessons and apply them going forward.

So don’t throw away what’s working in your life.

But grab what doesn’t seem to work and watch your life change.

Change is as good as rest.

In fact, change can help you overcome depression.

Please do so.
