“Rome was the only club that understood me.”

Former Roman man Radja Nainggolan looked back on his career in an interview with Italian journalist Francesca Teodori.

When asked about the most special club in his life, NAINGGOLAN did not hesitate to refer to Gialorossi.

“I went to Rome with my own choice. I was very respected there. Walter Saba Tini already wanted me in June, but only happened when I signed an empty contract in January!”

“In cagliari, they welcomed me well, but perhaps Rome was the only club that actually understood me as a man. The goal is different but two very similar experiences.”

“I grew up on the street and grew up without a father, so when I was young, I did something wrong and did not do it again. I brought my character to the world of football.

“I may look bad for the pitch, but I’m not. I received 13/14 warnings in Cagliari, and I was 5-6 people in Rome and I was mature over time.”
