Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss want money from Rudy Giuliani so they seize his assets.
Freeman and Moss Want to get paid:
Two former Georgia election officials who won a $148 million defamation judgment against Rudy Giuliani filed a lawsuit against him Friday, asking that they seize his assets, including cash, jewelry and an Upper East Side apartment, and appoint him as conservator to take over his Palm Beach condo.
The move by the two Georgia women, Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss, comes after a judge dismissed Giuliani’s bankruptcy case, a decision that allowed two of his biggest creditors to begin pursuing his assets.
Giuliani refused to pay the two women and attempted various legal actions to delay payment. Giuliani owed Freeman and Moss $148 million. It turns out he insulted them. Lies and conspiracy theories about the 2020 election.
Rudy Giuliani drown in debt He’s been doing it ever since former President Trump decided it was a good idea to commit crimes and humiliate innocent people while trying to keep him in the White House after his defeat in the 2020 election.
But Giuliani’s court filings still claim he has millions of dollars in assets. Trump’s former lawyer doesn’t have the cash to pay off what he owes the two Georgia women, but they could probably become millionaires or close to it by seizing and selling his assets.
Moss and Freeman aren’t interested in a symbolic victory. They want the money, and they want to take Rudy Giuliani to court and make some money.
