Ryan Seacrest He opened up about the most difficult part of his New Year’s Eve hosting gig. This has to do with his post-ball drop eating.
We caught up with the “American Idol” host in New York before he serves as host of the annual “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve”… and he made it clear that he loves leading the New Year’s countdown each year. December 31st
But Ryan said there is one downside to his job. Because of my hosting duties, I can’t eat until 1:30 AM.
RS confessed that he often felt “hungry at the end of the day.” Especially since not many restaurants are open early in the New Year. Even in the city that never sleeps.
Ryan said he’s still trying to figure out where to go after the TV special and is open to offers.

In fact, when our photographer suggested Ryan stop by an Applebee’s in the Big Apple after production wrapped, the TV personality said he wouldn’t rule it out and even requested the “pu pu platter” as the restaurant’s best appetizer.
We’re sure Applebee’s would be open to preparing something for Ryan.
Aside from the early breakfast, Ryan said he’s also focused on celebrating the 50th anniversary of ‘Wheel of Fortune’ in 2025.
