In the manufacturing sector, the Dallas, Kansas City, and Richmond Fed Manufacturing Surveys will be released in June.

10:30 AM: Dallas Fed Survey of Manufacturing Activity In June.


—– Tuesday, June 25 —–

8:30 AM ET: Chicago Fed National Activity Index For May. It is a composite index of other data.

Case-Shiller Home Price Index9 AM: S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index In April.

This graph shows the annual change in the seasonally adjusted National Index, Composite 10, and Composite 20 Index through the most recent report (the Composite 20 was launched in January 2000).

The national index in March rose 6.5% compared to the same period last year.

9 AM: FHFA Home Price Index In April. This was originally a GSE-only recurring sale, but there are also expanded indices.

10 am: Richmond Fed Survey of Manufacturing Activity In June.

10 am: State Employment and Unemployment (Monthly) May 2024.

7 a.m. ET: The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) releases findings on: Mortgage Purchase Application Index.

new home sales10 am: new home sales The Census Bureau releases it in May.

This graph shows new home sales since 1963. The dotted line is last month’s sales rate.

The consensus is 650,000 SAAR, up from 634,000 in April.

Daytime: AIA’s Architecture Billing Index May (leading indicator for commercial real estate).


—– Thursday, June 27 —–

8:30 AM: First Weekly Unemployment Claim The report is made public. The number of initial claims settled was 240,000, up from 238,000 the previous week.

8:30 AM: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Q1 2024 (Third estimate). The consensus is that real GDP grew at an annualized rate of 1.3% in the first quarter, unchanged from the second estimate of a 1.3% increase.

8:30 AM: ordering durable goods The Census Bureau releases it in May. Durable goods orders were agreed to increase by 0.3%.

10 am: Pending Home Sales Index For May. The consensus is that the index will decline by 0.3%.

11 am: Kansas City Fed Manufacturing Survey In June.


—– Friday, June 28 —–

8:30 AM ET: Personal Income and Expenditures, May 2024. It was agreed that personal income would increase by 0.4% and personal spending would increase by 0.3%.

9:45 AM: Chicago Purchasing Managers Index In June.

10 am: University of Michigan Consumer Sentiment Index (Final in June).
