If you’re looking for a very comfortable meal, don’t look at this Shepard’s pie recipe anymore. It is easy, filled, full of taste, and likes to make the rest of the food.
Shepherd ‘S PIE is a traditional Irish cooking method made of ground lamb. Technically, I’m using beef because I use it, so it’s a cottage pie instead. I like Yukon gold potatoes for this recipe, but other potatoes like Russet or Red also work well.


How to make a shepherd’s pie
Cut the onions finely and chopped garlic.
Boil medium water and add salt. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Boil for about 10 minutes until you can easily crush the piece with a spoon or fork.
Heat oil with medium heat in a large pot. Cook the direction for 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft. Put the beef and wourcers sour sauce. When cooking, break the meat into small pieces. - I use 8 × 8 square baking plates for this recipe, but it works well 9 × 9. You can also use round or oval baking plates. I like ceramic or glass that is best suited for a casserole -style meal, but the metal fans work well with pinching. This is not a very demanding recipe!
- If you want to make this meal in advance, follow the instructions to the baking point. Instead, cover the plate with a plastic wrap and store it for up to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
