Maddie is the daughter of Janelle Brown and Kody Brown. However, she considers Christine to be her second mother.

Christine thought Mary was taking out her frustrations on the kids. But instead of a calm conversation, a terrible confrontation ensued. It started with Christine yelling and screaming at her co-worker’s wife. She told Mary to “stop talking to the kids” and “stop interfering in their lives.”

So, the relationship between these two wives broke down. Despite going to counseling together, the animosity between the two women lessened but never went away. So, it seems that Maddie’s description of the monster and Pedon’s fear of Mary Brown have more substance than initially thought.

It seems like it started on the timeline that Kristin revealed. It wasn’t shown on screen, but it seems like it was behind the scenes when the TLC cameras weren’t rolling.
