Spring is just around the corner and I am here for it! To me, spring symbolizes growth, optimism and possibility. Dormant trees are starting to bloom, the days are getting longer now that winter is over, and everything is more vibrant and alive! Our latest Opalhouse designed with the Jungalow collectionI wanted to bring the same energy to all my designs. This collection is full of bold colors, botanical motifs, and playful patterns. The inspiration for this drop came from an “artist loft,” so you’ll see a lot of my original art sprinkled throughout the bright and airy space. This is a space where any artistic creator would want to relax. An artist loft is a multi-functional space (bedroom, studio, classroom, meditation area, closet, living room, lounge), so this collection has many versatile pieces that can be used in a variety of spaces in your home. Our playful palette for this collection includes many rich and vibrant tones, warm and cool. We sprinkled Majorelle Blue around the terracotta, gold, and tiled, then threw in some purple for an unexpected twist!

No artist’s studio is complete without a lot of inspiration and a well of . . . Art! I worked closely with the amazing Target team to weave my original art and patterns into the various pieces in this collection, making sure the pieces communicate with each other. For example, we took one of the originals and created an abstract, colorful painting. framed canvas As you can see above (isn’t she pretty?), we then took the same pattern and applied it to something cool. bolster pillow (It’s listed below, but don’t tell me. This is a bit obsessive floor lampbecause look at that line! Anything wrapped in raffia always makes my heart race!

There’s no party more fun than a pillow party. Because a pillow party never ends!
I’m also really excited about the rugs included in this collection. this Terracotta Circle This might be my favorite because the colors and details are so nice. Plus, it’s so warm that it just makes me sing. Tasseltastic bedding!
