Rostislav Panev, a 51-year-old dual Russian-Israeli national, accused of being a major developer of the notorious Lockbit Ransomware Gang, was led to Israel to the United States and the Ministry of Justice. presentation Thursday.

Panev was arrested in Israel in December and became the third person who was arrested as his role in Lockbit. Since then he has been waiting for India in Israel.
