Toronto Raptors recently switched the transaction of Guard AJ Lawson to a standard NBA contract.
Lawson, a 6 -foot -6, 185 pound, has an average of 8.9 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.2 assists, and 25 games (starting two). He scored 10 times, including 32 points in Washington’s victory on March 10. Lawson became the fourth Canadian who scored 30 points from the Raptors uniform and joined Team One RJ Barrett, Chris Boucher, and Cory Joseph. Lawson originally signed a two -way contract with Toronto on December 11. He appeared in 37 NBA G League matches with Raptors 905 and Long Island in 37 NBA G League matches on average 20.9 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.2 thieves and 33.1 minutes.
Lawson has an average of 5.0 points, 1.9 rebounds and 10.8 minutes in Dallas, Minnesota and Toronto and 82 NBA games (Start 2) from Brampton, Ontario. After unpublished, Lawson sent a 2021-22 campaign with the College Park in the NBA G League, and in the summer of 2022, with the Canadian Elite BasketBall League’s Guelph Nighthawks before signing a two-way contract with Timberwolves in the summer of 2022 I played.
