Last year, WIMBLEDON’s prize money was £ 50 million, double the amount provided in 2014. In the 10 years, the prize money of the first round loser has increased from £ 27,000 to £ 60,000.

But the player often pointed out the vast profits generated by the Grand Slam and I think he is qualified to earn much more.

By July 2023, All England Club (AETTC) recorded sales of £ 380m. However, once the championship cost was deducted, the operating profit was less than £ 54m.

AETTC agreed to pay 90%of the annual surplus by 2053, and almost £ 49 million went to LTA.

The cost includes prizes, more than 8,000 seasonal employees, preparation and development and other grass coat events.

The Olympic champion Zheng Qinwen said the prize money would be especially welcomed by the low ranking players.

The world’s eight people said, “I think it will be helpful to all the players, especially for all the players who need to work hard for a year and survive from the Grand Slam.

“We try to do what we can do and see what the gods bring to us. But at least we are trying.”

Less than two weeks after the professional tennis players’ association (PTPA) began legal measures against tennis governing organizations, it cited “terrible ignorance of radius practices and player welfare”.

The lawsuits of the athlete group co -founded by Novak Djokovic are portrayed as the “monopoly control” of the tennis tour and the financial rewards of ATP, WTA, International Tennis Union (ITF) and the International Tennis Integrity Organization (ITIA).
