In 1960, Crew Alexandra was 13-2 by Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup of White Hart Lane.

The fourth division’s side was a pretty amazing score line because Bill Nicholson’s men were 2-2 draws at Greste Road Home four days ago.

Spurs doubled in the league and cup next season, but was doing very well in 1959/60 and sat at the top of the first division table. Crewe ranked fourth to 16th.

The home side increased 6-1 in 30 minutes and led 10-1 in half an hour. They made it easier in the second half, scoring three more times, and visitors added the second game goal.
Les Allen scored 5 points from Tottenham, Bobby Smith scored 4 points, Cliff Jones got a hat trick and Tommy Harmer is different.

As a result, it is undoubtedly the record victory of Tottenham Hotspur and the record defeat of Crewe Alexandra!
