Put a monkey in a ball (not a real monkey, obviously a ball would be fine) and create a video game where the monkey, AiAI, rolls around collecting bananas on an extremely difficult course. -The most loved puzzle game in gaming history.
Super Monkey Ball always has been and always will be. Now, AiAi is being released to a new audience (pun, very intended) with the latest release, Sega’s Super Monkey Ball Banana Rumble for Nintendo Switch. .
But what could be better? What can create the best Super Monkey Ball experience of our lives? Of course, you can also play with real monkey ball.
Friends, throw away your Joy-Cons. Joystick drift is a thing of the past. Well, that’s it as far as Dr. Tom Tilley is concerned.
Dr. Tom is a computer scientist. He put all his intelligence and training into creating a controller for the Super Monkey Ball that contained the AiAI model inside the ball, and with that controller he created a giant trackball that could control AiAi. Rotate by hand to proceed through the course.
Since everyone is adding AI these days, I thought I would add AiAi to my DIY soccer/soccer controller😁🍌#Super Monkey Ball #sega https://t.co/nk2pcta3OG pic.twitter.com/XBohHHNIOC

Using cardboard (scientific cardboard, of course) and a 3D printer, he shows how to print a monkey in a post about X and how it all works. The man is a genius. A well-intentioned genius and he has my vote.
His post said:“Since everyone is adding AI to things these days, I wanted to add AiAi to my DIY soccer/football controller.”
This is also funny. He’s a genius and a funny guy at that. Please make a monkey ball controller Dr Tom. We’re almost begging you.
