Jeff Walz, the younger brother of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, has reportedly considered joining hands with former President Donald Trump, publicly criticizing his brother as “not the right person to make decisions about the future.”
The discovery came after conservative journalist Laura Loomer discovered Jeff Walz’s Facebook profile, which contained several posts that were strongly critical of both his brother and the current administration.
One post, dated May 2023 — the same day the Biden-Harris administration indicted Donald Trump in New York City — read, “We just became a third-world banana republic.”
When a follower urged him to discuss these concerns with his brother, Jeff said he hadn’t spoken to Tim in eight years and that he “100 percent disagrees with all of his ideologies.”
He also claimed that his family suffered unexpected hardships due to the team’s political rise and that he was not provided with security even after being elected to office.
“I haven’t spoken to him in eight years. I 100% disagree with all of his ideologies. My family was never notified that he was selected and was denied security the next day,” he wrote.
In another comment, Jeff Walz encouraged them, saying, “Please help MAGA… get on stage with President Trump and support him… help save this country.”
Jeff’s response was equally telling: “I’ve thought hard about doing that! I’m torn between that and not involving my family in it. The stories I can tell. I don’t want a character making decisions about the future.”
According to Laura Rumer, “Tim Waltz and Kamala Harris are in such bad shape as presidential candidates that Waltz’s brother is endorsing Donald Trump instead.”
The rumor also points out that FEC records show Jeff Waltz donated to Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.
