Federal prosecutors said in new court documents Monday that Ryan Rouse, Donald Trump’s accused assassin, harassed the former president for months before he was arrested outside his Florida golf course last week.
Prosecutors also said investigators found plates “capable of stopping the firing of a rifle” in a backpack and shopping bag associated with Routh.
“During a search of the Nissan Xterra used by Ruth, FBI agents discovered two additional license plates,” court documents state.
“Agents also found six cell phones, one of which contained Google searches on how to travel from Palm Beach County to Mexico,” the documents say. “Agents also found 12
