Jack and Meg White, a duo known as The White Stripes, are suing Donald Trump, claiming he stole their classic song “Seven Nation Army.”

Jack White posted on Instagram:

Jack White Threatens to Lawsuit After Trump Files Lawsuit In a video showing him boarding a plane, White used the Seven Nation Army. White captioned the video on Instagram, “This machine is suing fascists.”

White reveals his feelings about Trump After becoming one of dozens of artists and legendary fortunes who fell for Trump’s famous “Oh… don’t even think about using my music, you fascists. My lawyers are suing over this (along with 5,000 of you). Have a great day at work, Margo Martin. As long as I’m here, Don Old, you’re a piece of trash for insulting our nation’s veterans in Arlington. If you can’t stand it anymore, you should lose the votes of every military family immediately.”

During the 2024 election cycle, the Trump campaign stole money from artists everywhere. They were a one-man wave of intellectual property infringement. Isaac Hayes’ estate recently obtained an injunction prohibiting Trump from using the song “Hold On, I’m Coming.” He is accused of copyright infringement by using the song more than 100 times without a license.

The White Stripes are one of the last artists that someone like Donald Trump should not mess with, and now Trump is going to find out why in court.
