Entering Week 11, the New York Giants have lost five straight and look like a team more interested in what draft picks they will have in the 2025 NFL Draft than how the rest of the regular season will go.

One glaring need for the Giants moving forward is a change at the quarterback position. Because it’s becoming increasingly clear that veteran Daniel Jones isn’t the answer the team is looking for under center.

There’s no question that the Giants will target a quarterback if they land a higher first-round pick in next year’s draft. That’s probably why head coach Joe Schon attended Saturday’s game between the Colorado Buffaloes and Utah Utes. He could take a look at Shedeur Sanders.

Ironically, during the pregame warmup between the two teams in Boulder, Colorado, a fan could be heard yelling at Schoen to get rid of Jones, via Tom Fornelli of CBS Sports.

At this point, the Giants are likely limping to the finish line this season with little to no hope of making the NFL Playoffs, and considering they are in desperate need of an upgrade at the quarterback position, it won’t help the franchise in any way. no see.

Only time will tell how things play out for the Giants and whether they can land a young, talented quarterback in the draft who could help this storied franchise get back on track as a force to be reckoned with in the NFC.
