Tom Brady’s career stands as evidence of excellence in the NFL -seven Super Bowl Ring, 23 years, and an unmatched legacy.

But in all his personal achievements, people who share the locker room draw a picture of a superstar who has never seen something really important in team sports.

Vince Wilfork, his former new England patriot teammate, has recently shed light on Brady’s personality.

In a honest conversation with Green Light Podcast with Chris Long, WilFork warmly talked about Brady’s leadership and approach to teamwork.

His words showed the side of the Brady, which contrasts with the typical image of the star quarterback.

“He will not act like one of those site quarterbacks. He is a great team member and talked with everyone. I will see Tom -a rookie will come in and they will have jersey -Tom will sit there and sign. [autographs]. Wilfork said, “No one will say anything.”

What is noticeable in the recall of WILFORK was Brady’s accessibility. It is a superstar who spent time for everyone, from veteran players to wide -eye rookies looking for signs.

This approach has challenged a common perception of franchise quota bags.

The view of Wilfork conveys a special weight given the patriots and his own decorative career.

During his tenure, two Super Bowl victories were included. One is in his last year with his rookie season and 2014 with New England.

Patriots will insist twice after the departure, but Wilfork has already helped to forget the culture of Brady’s leadership style, and how all of his team members are comfortable and focused on co -goals. I witnessed it myself.
