When will Cunha be suspended? How many games will he miss?
Cunha will miss Wolves’ tricky Premier League fixture with Nottingham Forest visiting Molineux on January 6 (8pm GMT) in the first match of 2025 for both clubs.
Wolves have climbed out of the relegation zone with two wins and a draw since Vitor Pereira took over as manager, but Forest, who started the year in second place and are on a five-game winning streak, could offer the best team in Portugal. Initial testing.

Cunha’s 72nd-minute goal looked to have given Wolves a 1-1 draw against Ipswich until Jack Taylor scored the winner four minutes into added time.
Tempers were flaring at full-time after a potential blow to Wolves’ survival prospects in former manager Gary O’Neill’s final game.
