Which Formula 1 car looks best in 2024?

MONews
3 Min Read

The new season of Formula 1 racing is finally upon us as the 2024 World Championship schedule begins in Bahrain on March 2.

There are still many interesting storylines in 2024. Can Max Verstappen and Red Bull continue to dominate the lead? Will Lewis Hamilton get back to winning ways with Mercedes after making the shock decision to sign with Ferrari for the 2025 season? Will Ferrari and McLaren be able to close the gap with Red Bull and challenge for the constructors’ championship?

Teams have been unveiling their 2024 designs all month and we got our first look at the cars on the track for pre-season testing last week.

Take a look at the 2024 liveries of every Formula 1 team, ranked from best to worst.

The red Ferrari is fundamentally iconic, but the detailed changes the team has made for 2024 are luxurious. Top of the grid.

driver: 1st place Max Verstappen, 11th place Sergio Perez

We’ve seen this type of livery from Red Bull for a long time, but it’s a classic F1 look, so not many changes were needed.

driver: 24th Zhou Guanyu, 77th Valtteri Bottas

Green has been considered an ominous color in NASCAR in the past, but the Sauber looks cool unlike any other car on the grid.

driver: 4th place Lando Norris, 81st place Oscar Piastri

Vibrant and sleek. The new McLaren just looks fast.

driver: 3rd place Daniel Ricciardo, 22nd place Yuki Tsunoda

The corporate team name is a bit excessive, but the livery itself is great and stands out from other blue cars.

driver: #44 Lewis Hamilton, #63 George Russell

The return of silver to the Silver Arrows is appreciated, but it may not have gone far enough.

driver: #14 Fernando Alonso, #18 Lance Stroll

Arguably the best primary color for F1, there isn’t enough neon yellow as a contrast color this year.

driver: #20 Kevin Magnussen, #27 Nico Hulkenberg

Haas has never been known for flashy liveries, but this feels like a bit of a downgrade for 2023.

driver: 2nd place Logan Sargent, 23rd place Alexander Albon

It’s fairly flat and forgettable. Changing the black for a more vibrant color would help a lot here.
