Greiner’s alma mater, Baylor University, also celebrated her release. Kim Mulkey, who coached BG at Baylor, told ESPN, “God is good. Prayers are powerful. Britney is back where she belongs. Our prayers are with her and her family as they recover and heal together.”

Current Baylor coach Niki Colen added, “We are thrilled and relieved to hear the news of BG’s return after nearly 10 months away. Today is a day we have been praying for, and we will continue to pray for her as she reunites with her family and begins to recover from her experience. Baylor family, she is coming home!”
