So many young people are coming out to vote in Nevada that voting is slowing down in the state.

“We’re experiencing some issues right now, given the high engagement and voter turnout we see among youth,” Aguilar said when asked about delays in the ballot processing process. And this will probably be the first time an official signature has been used. “We’re trying to work with them to expedite the healing process because what’s written on their driver’s license, voter registration form, and ballot is slightly different.”
The Secretary of State buried Reid. Smooth elections may be the biggest concern, but it is also very important to think that youth voter turnout is so high that the voting process is being delayed.
Because young voters overwhelmingly support Democrats, Nevada’s high youth voter turnout could be a blow to Republicans on a day when panic was already growing around the party as more Democrats than expected voted on Election Day and Republicans did not vote. The news could be much worse. So far we haven’t had the turnout we expected.
